Scope of Work
Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Office addition to the South of the existing cabana, including new entry door and new windows and siding: new garage addition to the North of existing cabana, including new roll-up door and man door; ADA compliant renovations to sidewalks, doors, bathrooms, etc.; decommissioning, demolishing and filling in existing pool and pouring concrete over new grade; new roofing; electrical, mechanical and structural alterations and additions; and other alterations, additions and renovations as indicated in the plans and specifications. Includes decommission of pool, fill void, new concrete lid, per plans.
