Description
The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to perform Fire Alarm System Replacement as listed in the bid documents.
Scope of Work
The Fire Alarm System for this project shall be a Potter Electric Brand System. KCHA standard will not allow any substitutions of this specified Fire Alarm equipment. Read the accompanying documents which include the Munro Manor Fire Alarm Replacement Assessment Report, One-line Diagram Drawings, Floor Plan Drawings, and Specifications.
