Description

The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to complete a design and build fire monitoring system as listed in the bid documents.

Scope of Work

The Burien Park Fire Monitoring System Upgrade is design-build in nature and shall be all-inclusive for a complete turnkey system that meets all standards, KCHA specifications and plans, applicable codes, and permit requirements. KCHA has added elements to the system that may exceed jurisdictional standards.
