Friendly Village in Redmond, Rainier View in Black Diamond, Wonderland Estates near Renton, and Vantage Glen in Renton serve residents age 55 and older. Older adults who meet age and income requirements can purchase one of these homes. Tall Cedars in Auburn is a family community for residents of all ages.
Housing Choice Vouchers can be applied to lot rental at these properties, but cannot be used for the purchase of a manufactured home.
