Rooms with a view are available at Brittany Park, which is near stores and services. KCHA constructed a second parking lot at Brittany in 2002 so all residents and guests can be accommodated. In 2007, the building underwent extensive renovations that added new doors and entry way flooring to each unit and new finishes and lighting to common areas. Units are equipped with sophisticated fire safety equipment, including sprinklers.
