Waiting lists for subsidized housing (public housing) and Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers are currently closed and not accepting new applications.

In just a few seconds you'll find out which of KCHA's communities your household may qualify to live at, when waiting lists reopen. You'll also find out if you might be eligible for a Housing Choice Voucher, when waiting lists reopen.

If you already have a Housing Choice Voucher, you can look for affordable rentals using the Emphasys Software or AffordableHousing.com search tools.
