KCHA’s new online Customer Portal will be available in Spring 2025 for Public Housing residents, Housing Choice Voucher recipients, landlords, and new applicants to either program.

About the Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is an easy and secure way to manage your rent payments, public housing maintenance requests, certifications, paperwork, and account status.

Available online starting in Spring 2025, the new KCHA Customer Portal will make it easier for you to see your account information in real time, track progress on requests and certifications, reduce paperwork, reduce phone calls, and receive faster and more efficient service.

In Spring 2025, KCHA will add links to kcha.org to take you to the Customer Portal. Instructions and language translation will be available within the portal.
