Description

The Trailhead development will be comprised of a mix of affordable and market rate housing. The project is to include site development, structured parking, supportive services, public spaces and multifamily construction.

Scope of Work

The Scope of Work for the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMC) firm will include Preconstruction Services with provisions for adding Construction Services by contract amendment. The amendment would include construction services through completion of the Project.
