Invitation for Bid: Westminster Manor Envelope & Roof Replacement

Description

The King County Housing Authority will accept Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to perform envelope and roof replacement as listed in the bid documents.

Scope of Work

Westminster Manor is a sixty (60) unit four (4) story apartment building located at 14701 Dayton Avenue North, Shoreline WA. 98133. Built in 1972, the typical wall construction varies with the north and south elevation 8” CMU block wall with +- ¾” stucco finish. The east and west elevations are metal and wood stud framing, ½” gypsum sheathing, metal lath +-¾” stucco finish. (See plan sheet A2.1 for wall types legend.) Typical roof construction consists of TPO roof membrane, cover board, insulation, flashing and concrete topping on concrete deck.

Contractor to price this project to include all labor, materials and equipment including all mobilizations, scaffolding, abatement, protection, weather impacts and all other work necessary for a complete turnkey project. The project duration is 270 calendar days.
