Housing Repair

The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) assists homeowners who live in Bellevue and have been approved for housing repair loans or grants by the Bellevue Housing Repair Program. KCHA helps these homeowners obtain bids for the repairs, oversees the contractors doing the work, and inspects completed repairs for compliance with specification and quality standards.

KCHA does not participate in any other housing repair programs. Applications for assistance through any of the other programs must be made directly to the programs listed below.
